Matt is the voice you hear on the first call. He frames your project, defines the investment strategy, and follows your file through to the handover of the keys, then through to your first rental income. Based in Asunción, he started out looking for his own properties in Paraguay before turning it into a career. You may have already come across him on YouTube, where he explains taxation, residency, and investing in Paraguay without filter: it's the same message in private as in public, backed by real numbers.
Sébastien Beaupied
Seb is the man on the ground. He knows the developers personally, visits the construction sites, tracks the progress of each project, and oversees rental management once the properties are delivered. When a project falls behind schedule or something's off on a site, he's the one who spots it before you do. He also shares the reality of Paraguay on video: what you see on screen is what you find on the ground.
